John began his journey in the world of Airbnb in 2019 when he purchased an investment home in Los Angeles, CA. The house did great and John quickly became a 5-star & super-host on the Airbnb platform. In 2020, John moved to Scottsdale, AZ, and purchased 2 fixer-uppers with the goal in mind of doing Airbnb full-time and achieving the "Plus Host" status. Fast forward to today and John's Airbnb rental properties are bringing in well over $250,000 in revenue just in the first half of the year. John has since become an ambassador for Airbnb and he focuses much of his time helping others become Airbnb hosts to maximize their income potential with short-term rentals.
