She has been in the real estate industry since 1979 and in 2015 she was selected Property Manager of the Year by the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. As Designated Broker, Jennice oversees the management of commercial condo associations, office, medical and industrial buildings, and retail shopping centers. Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate and is a current member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). She has also successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Jennice’s vision is to build and expand a successful Property Management company while maintaining quality service and integrity. She is also the co-author of the national bestselling book “HOLD” on how to find, buy, and rent houses for wealth. Jennice serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Focus Group at the Southeast Valley Board of Realtors.
